In the Content Writing Department

I single-handedly wrote for:

Social Media – Wrote posts and captions that shaped their digital presence and sparked engagement.

Website Content – Wrote content in long and short formats keeping their vision, mission and goals aligned with the target audience.

Job Descriptions – Designed clear, effective JDs to attract top talent.

Client & Volunteer Write-ups – Crafted persuasive pieces to connect with stakeholders.

Proposals & Emails – Delivered crisp, professional communication and polished proposals.

In the Social Media Department

My work in this department extended and expanded manifolds. In this department, I:

Devised and rolled out a comprehensive social media strategy to establish the brand and build awareness.

Created content calendars featuring diverse, engaging posts.

Wore multiple hats to write, design, and edit creatives for social media and job descriptions.

Handled posting schedules, tracked engagement, and managed comments and DMs across all platforms.

In my last few days of work at The Giving Tree, I submitted a written suggestion for a team structure for the social media department, along with a writeup to address, guide and motivate the volunteer that would join after me along with the KT.
